Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

SHIPPING:

Shipping can take anywhere from 1-5 days, sometimes longer. Times have been inconsistent due to COVID-19 so please be patient. Once the item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipments progress. If you have any questions in regards to your shipment, please contact the shipper (In the US we use USPS for international shipping we use DHL ) with your tracking number ready.
After the shipment leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of the shipper. You will need to contact them if anything happens. Feel free to let us know if you have a problem and we will try our best to help you out. You can email us at MercuryElement@icloud.com if any problems arise.

International (Non US) Shipping Rates:

We use DHL to ship internationally. Rates are calculated upon checkout. The shipping rate is calculated based on the weight, size and destination address.
